The face behind Sea & Soul….

I have been working as a massage & holistic therapist for over 12 years. My journey started in Brighton where I trained as a beauty therapist  level 3 and onto Aromatherapy massage & Reflexology. I then lived in Australia working at a pregnancy day spa in Clovelly, Sydney. The passion for developing my massage knowledge and skills was then ignited as I realised this was my soul path. Since then I have worked as a Holistic massage therapist in Morocco, Croatia & more recently Sri Lanka where I developed a greater knowledge of intuitive massage & Ayurvedic treatments.

I've always loved using nature & plants for their healing properties so Sri Lanka and Ayurvedic medicine was of real interest to me and how I can combine this with body work.

A few of my passions are surfing and being in the ocean as well as foraging and plant medicine. I find both teach me so much, lighting me up and bringing harmony. I love to incorporate any knowledge I have from these hobbies and bring it into my work as a holistic therapist. whether that's working with herbs & physical touch, or creating The surfers massage to help focus on areas most effected from surfing.
